Hi Natural Birthers!
We apologize for the gap in updates to the site. We just welcomed our newest addition to our family this past month. It was a lovely Hynobabies home water-birth and mom and baby are doing great!
We are busy on a couple of other projects that demand our full attention right now, Elizabeth is teaching Hypnobabies Classes in Costa Mesa and I am working on several other web projects currently. We both are dedicated to increasing the ease of entry for parents new to Natural Childbirth and Parenting, and expanding the offerings of BabyOhm.
Toward that end, we'd love to hear from you at Admin (at) babyohm (dot) com! Please let us know what you are looking for in the Natural Birth Community that you haven't found yet. We are talking to a few other people about expanding the content of the site to include videos and possibly podcasts from midwives and doulas. In the meantime, to eliminate the spam that has crept in, we are disabling the commenting for now. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Our Story My husband and I are the proud parents of a 2-year-old daughter. I had always desired a natural birth, and even before little Savannah was born, was inquiring about midwives in the Orange County area of California, where we live. My love of the practice of midwifery was sparked when I was in college, and studying the cultures of the Amish and Mennonite faith communities. Though I am not one to spurn technology, midwifery and natural childbirth resonated with me as one of those ancient practices necessary to preserve. |
